Are you a Maggie?

  • casual
  • work/life balance
  • function over form
  • spontaneous
  • project/activity driven
  • free spirited
  • my home is carefree

In a word, you are BUSY! You are an activity-driven person, and your home is most likely your refueling spot. Of all the ‘Finally About Me” profiles, your identity is the least connected to your home’s appearance.

Your furniture selection is eclectic, as likely to be based on a piece reminding you of someplace you’ve been as opposed to any particular fondness for the style. You look for comfort and function in your home plan, and you may be happy with less square footage because your busy lifestyle leaves less time for cleaning and upkeep.

Low-maintenance products and surfaces are a must. Your energetic, but casual approach to life means drop-in visitors don’t ruffle your feathers, but you do appreciate a very open floor plan so you can comfortably visit with everyone. Storage is important, too, to accommodate your craft supplies, recreational equipment or camping gear. Because you and your partner travel often, a villa or gated community with good security can be very appealing.

Suggested “Maggie” Plan

strong entertaining flexible de-stressingMaggie Floor Plan
Maggie loves informal entertaining, so the kitchen, great room and dining are all open to each other so everyone is part of the party. A built-in entertainment center and bookcases on an interior wall lend to the casualness she likes, and it keeps the room light and airy.
  • The consistent height of the island becomes a multi-use surface for crafts, hobbies and informal dining. The walk-through pantry/storage area provides ample space for storing craft or kitchen items, or it can become a “dirty office” for printer, fax machine and files for the home office.
  • Suite 2 can easily convert to a home office with access from the front porch.
  • A large walk-in spa shower lends itself to Maggie’s busy lifestyle, helping her relax and de-stress.
  • Another favorite amenity is Maggie’s storage tucked behind the garage but accessed from the outside.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Don't just take our word for it, see it for yourself. Hear what some of our customers have to say about our service!

Tom and Kim Trabue

We considered doing our remodeling project ourselves, since we both are in the design and construction industry. However, with time constraints, we decided to seek out a company we knew would implement the quality we expected and the collaboration we desired. Cale and his team had a solid process that we felt comfortable relying on their expertise, but we were able to impart our own picky details. Kliethermes remodeled our whole main floor and did a great job!
Ron and Donna Snyder "It's never to easy find the right balance between cost and quality. Kliethermes truly stands alone!"
Carl and Zina Fudge "Kliethermes proved that some builders can deliver quality and value without sacrificing craftsmanship."
Mel and Jane Dodd "This is the first time we had work done on our house that we weren't unsatisfied with."
