Longview Custom Home Floor Plan

The Longview

Longview Home Floor Plan

Finished Sq. Ft. 2,146

Inspired by the feedback and preferences of our customers, our new Longview home plan offers must-have amenities and design innovation in a smart new 3-bedroom home.

Looking for a little privacy? You’ll love the split bedroom layout! Do you enjoy socializing? This open home, with it’s generous rear deck, accommodates many types of gatherings.

Thinking of starting a home-based business? Ask us about adapting the dining room or one of the three secondary bedrooms to be used as a home office!

Then there’s the lower level. Left unfinished, you’ve got all the storage space you’ll want plus the kids can enjoy their trikes and rollerblades through the winter. But if you need additional, inexpensive living space, consider finishing some of this space for an additional bedroom and a full bath, family/rec room and even a kitchenette.

Nothing is more stressful for Moms of
elementary age children than getting the
entire family out the door, on time in the
morning, with everything. Kids will find
their lunch/lunch money, books/backpack,
coat, science project, gym clothes, etc. in
their locker as they head out to the garage.
No more hearing “Mom…Dad…have you
seen my…”.

We’ve never designed a home with too
much storage space, but the Longview
migh come close with 2 large storage areas
in the lower level.

Ask us about an optional powder bath in
the Longview’s rear foyer.

Prefer a Hollywood bathroom with private
vanities for the secondary bedrooms? Yes,
you can have it all!

With sunlight streaming through beautiful
windows in the eating areas and great
room, the Longview invites friends and
family to memorable times together.

Well-thought-out home designs offer
numerous entertaining spaces for multiple
groups. You’ll really appreciate having a
lower level rec room for the kids while
you’re enjoying talking with your friends

The Longview has a rear foyer, not merely
a mudroom. It’s become the primary
entrance into the home. And it’s not the
laundry room. Who wants to see the laundry
every time they come/leave?

With a 5-foot shower and soaking tub,
soothe tired muscles or let the stresses of the
day melt away in your private master bath.
